Downloads

You can download every template without an account. We don’t record who downloads what.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not build a profile of you. It records the page you visit, the referring site, your browser and device type, your country and loading times, and shows us only totals. Your IP address is not stored for this.

The small script that does this loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com and reports to cloudflareinsights.com. Our security settings allow those two addresses and no other outside services.

Email sign-up (“10 more templates”)

If you enter your email address in the “Get 10 more templates” form, we store: your email address, the page you signed up on, the time, and the text of what you agreed to. We use it only to email you when the new templates are ready, and rarely after that. We never sell or share it.

The list is kept in a Cloudflare D1 database (Cloudflare, Inc.), which runs in North America. To protect the form from abuse, we also keep a short-lived counter made from a one-way hash of your network address and the current hour; it can’t be turned back into the address and is deleted after about an hour.

You can ask us to delete your address, or to tell you what we store, at any time: email info@freetemplates.app. We keep the address until you ask us to remove it or we stop sending these emails.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and to protect the site from attacks.

Partner links

Some pages link to other template sites, marked “Partner link”. Nothing is shared with them until you click. After you click, their own privacy policy applies, and they may use cookies to see that you came from us.
